Role Overview
This opening is for an enthusiastic Admission Counsellor / Telecaller who can speak confidently with students and parents, understand their goals, and recommend suitable courses. The role combines counselling, lead follow-up, and admissions support in a fast-paced education environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage both incoming and outgoing enquiries from prospective students.
- Reach out to leads received through online marketing campaigns.
- Guide students and parents on career options and course suitability.
- Work toward converting enquiries into confirmed admissions.
- Keep CRM entries and follow-up logs accurate and up to date.
- Arrange and coordinate walk-in meetings and counselling appointments.
- Maintain consistent follow-up with interested candidates.
- Meet monthly admission goals.
- Work closely with the marketing team for lead handling and campaign support.
- Take part in education fairs, seminars, and related events.
- Develop and maintain positive long-term relationships with students.
Preferred Profile
The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi, along with a positive attitude, good listening ability, confidence, and a results-driven mindset. Professional presentation, self-motivation, quick learning ability, and a genuine interest in interacting with students are important for this role.
