Role Overview

We seek a skilled Admission Counsellor Team Leader to oversee a team responsible for handling student inquiries, guiding students and parents on course selections and admissions, and converting leads to meet enrollment goals.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and support the admission counseling team effectively to optimize performance.
Address questions from students and parents, offering detailed information about courses.
Engage with prospective candidates through consistent follow-ups and convert inquiries into actual admissions.
Track and analyze team progress to ensure monthly enrollment targets are achieved.
Compile and submit daily and weekly performance reports while liaising with management.

Required Qualifications and Skills

Excellent verbal communication with strong persuasive skills.
Preferred background in educational sales or admissions processes.
