Admission Counsellor (Malayalam)

About the Role

Mentric Training & Consulting Pvt. Ltd seeks a seasoned Admission Counsellor to enhance student intake for the Industrial Automation program in partnership with Rajdhani College, Trivandrum. This position emphasizes work-from-home operations aimed at converting incoming leads into successful enrollments through proficient counselling and diligent follow-up.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise prospective students and their parents regarding the Industrial Automation course content, career pathways, and enrollment procedure.
• Manage and pursue leads provided via CRM platforms utilizing calls, WhatsApp, and email to secure admissions.
• Meet monthly enrollment targets for the Rajdhani College Industrial Automation program.
• Clearly communicate fee details, EMI or financing options, and necessary documentation to prospects.
• Keep thorough and up-to-date records of all lead communications within the CRM system.
• Collaborate with admissions and academic teams to finalize enrollments and manage documentation.
• Deliver daily and weekly reports on leads status, admissions conversions, and pipeline condition to the supervisor.

Requirements

• Minimum of two years’ experience in sales or counselling for technical or professional education such as engineering, diplomas, or certification courses.
• Fluency in Malayalam and English, both written and spoken, is required.
• Possess personal laptop, reliable internet, and smartphone for effective remote operation.
• Ability to work independently from home without extensive supervision.
• Strong communication, persuasive abilities, and relationship management skills.
• Ready to commence work immediately.
