Role Overview

The Supply Chain Administrator plays a vital role in supporting the operational functions behind the scenes at DKSH Beauty & Wellness. This position provides essential assistance to the supply chain team by managing site logistics, inventory control, health and safety compliance, and detailed reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate site requirements including ordering stationery and cafeteria supplies, obtaining supplier quotations, maintaining vendor databases, and addressing maintenance requests.
  • Manage daily workforce attendance through Biotime, handle fingerprint scanner setups, and maintain accurate records of full-time equivalent and temporary staff.
  • Oversee visitor management processes, control security card access, and update the Technet Fleet Management platform.
  • Organize health and safety training sessions, conduct inductions, ensure certification renewals are tracked, and upload all documentation into Skytrust.
  • Prepare multiple reports weekly and monthly, covering areas like Dangerous Goods, pallet inventory, labor planning, pick and claim statistics, and freight cost savings.
  • Handle daily administrative tasks such as picklist organization, tracking absenteeism, managing communications for distribution center staff, and monitoring personal protective equipment inventory.
  • Assist with inventory-related duties including cycle counts and processing returns or damaged goods.
  • Develop and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) related to supply chain administration to ensure efficiency and currency.
  • Provide additional administrative and coordination support as needed.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, with strong spreadsheet skills.
  • Experience in warehouse or office administration, preferably within the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector.
  • Working knowledge of inventory management systems such as SAP or Oracle.
  • Meticulous attention to detail with excellent written communication and numerical accuracy.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively and remain organized in a rapidly changing environment.
  • Clear and confident communicator able to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Dependable, proactive, and capable of taking initiative and ownership of responsibilities.
