  • Carry out first-stage candidate evaluations and verify references and background details.
  • Support discussions around offers and employment terms with selected candidates.
  • Follow company procedures and applicable legal requirements during the hiring cycle.
  • Share timely updates and progress reports with management and clients.
  • Take part in job fairs, networking activities, and similar events to attract talent.
  • Look for ways to strengthen recruitment methods and stay informed about industry developments.
