Key Responsibilities

  • Process internal financial transactions accurately and keep transaction records up to date.
  • Handle travel and expense claims through SAP Concur and arrange wire transfers after approval.
  • Prepare payment vouchers and support tax-related declarations and payments.
  • Maintain careful control of invoices, financial paperwork, and legal records.
  • Manage office upkeep, fixed asset records, and contract administration.
  • Coordinate with vendors for mobile devices, laptops, and office IT equipment and services.
  • Support travel, transport, logistics, and ASEAN event coordination.
  • Review large sales datasets to spot trends, patterns, risks, and business opportunities.
  • Build, update, and maintain sales reports, dashboards, and visual summaries using tools such as Tableau or Excel.
  • Collect sales forecasts from the sales team and help highlight possible market threats or growth areas.
  • Prepare reports and presentation materials for regional meetings when needed.
  • Travel occasionally across ASEAN countries based on business requirements.
  • Provide day-to-day administrative and operational assistance to the team.
  • Work across regions and teams to keep office operations running smoothly and efficiently.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a closely related discipline.
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in office administration.
  • Working knowledge of basic accounting or finance administration processes.
  • Strong command of Microsoft Excel, including data modeling, PivotTables, and VLOOKUP.
  • Ability to create and manage reports, dashboards, and visualizations in Tableau or Excel.
  • Comfort with analyzing complex datasets and converting them into clear tables, charts, and related outputs.
  • Strong communication skills for presenting findings and collaborating with stakeholders and teams.
  • Detail-focused, self-driven, proactive, and well organized.

Travel may account for 0% to 25% of working time.
