About the Role
Crossing Rocks Energy is expanding and looking for a careful, dependable Administrative Support Assistant to help keep business information accurate and operations running smoothly. This is a part-time remote position in the energy sector, suited to someone who is organized, self-directed, and able to produce reliable work from a home setup.
The role focuses on maintaining records across internal systems and supporting multiple teams with up-to-date, well-structured information that helps with day-to-day decisions.
What You’ll Do
- Enter, revise, and maintain information in company databases, spreadsheets, and internal platforms.
- Check records for completeness, consistency, and accuracy.
- Spot and correct mismatches, errors, and data issues.
- Keep digital files and documentation neatly organized.
- Carry out regular quality checks and data audits.
- Work with substantial information loads while staying on schedule.
- Support report preparation and assemble data for internal teams.
- Coordinate with colleagues to improve accuracy and operational flow.
- Follow company procedures, policies, and data protection standards.
- Manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Provide general administrative assistance and take on other assigned tasks as needed.
What We’re Looking For
- Completion of high school, GED, or an equivalent qualification.
- Strong focus on detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Good organizational skills and solid time management.
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks without close supervision.
- Comfort with computer-based work and data entry.
- Clear written and spoken communication skills.
- A dependable internet connection and a dedicated workspace for remote work.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
- Familiarity with databases, CRM tools, or data management systems.
- Previous remote work experience is a plus.
