We’re looking for a highly organized Administrative Scheduling Specialist to help manage client coordination and scheduling activities in a fully remote setting. The role centers on handling calendars, arranging appointments, and making sure every scheduling detail is tracked accurately from the initial request through final confirmation.

You will work directly with clients to gather the information needed for scheduling, arrange appointments or reservations, and keep them informed with timely status updates. The position also involves carefully checking details, watching deadlines, and keeping records well organized through internal systems and digital tools.
