About the Role
We are looking for a dependable and highly organized Administrative Officer/Secretary to support the everyday functioning of a horse stud farm in Riyadh. This role focuses on keeping administrative work running smoothly, maintaining accurate documentation, coordinating with different teams, and helping ensure that farm operations stay organized and efficient.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee routine administrative tasks and general office coordination.
- Keep horse-related files current, including registration papers, medical history, and breeding data.
- Draft reports, letters, and other administrative documents as needed.
- Arrange schedules, meetings, and communication between farm management, veterinarians, trainers, and staff members.
- Track stock levels and support purchasing of farm materials and equipment.
- Maintain employee files, attendance logs, and other personnel-related records.
- Ensure documents are properly organized and handled in line with company procedures.
- Provide administrative assistance to management and support operational planning.
- Respond courteously and professionally to horse owners, clients, and visitors.
Qualifications & Requirements
- A diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a similar discipline is required.
- At least 2 years of experience in administrative work is needed.
- Good command of Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint, is essential.
- The candidate should have strong planning, communication, and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work with limited supervision while safeguarding confidential information is important.
- Strong accuracy, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills are expected.
- Experience in horse farms, equestrian facilities, or the equine sector is a strong advantage.
- Arabic fluency is required, and English proficiency will be considered a plus.
