Role overview
This position focuses on the daily administration of employee benefits programs, especially policy endorsements, billing, and service support for clients. You will work with clients, insurers, and third-party administrators to ensure policy updates are handled correctly, invoices are processed on time, and all actions stay aligned with regulatory and company requirements. The role also supports relationship management by responding to questions, coordinating requests, and keeping communication clear across the full policy journey.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the routine operations for assigned medical benefit accounts, particularly from the endorsement and invoicing side.
- Address customer complaints and escalations professionally and work toward a satisfactory outcome while following company guidelines.
- Guide clients through application and enrolment steps so the policy can be issued with accurate information and invoices raised without delay.
- Keep clients informed and respond to questions about coverage and regulatory needs related to endorsements and billing.
- Make sure invoices are entered correctly and recorded in the accounting system.
- Support policy upgrades, amendments, and cancellations as requested by clients or as business needs change.
- Track the status of each request or transaction until completion.
- Serve as the main contact for endorsement-related matters involving clients, insurers, and TPAs when needed.
- Build client trust through clear communication, transparency, and dependable service.
- Remain current on legal and regulatory changes that affect employee benefits and update processes accordingly.
- Take part in training sessions arranged by insurers or TPAs through the placement and operations team leader when relevant to the job.
- Resolve client concerns quickly to support strong client satisfaction.
- Follow internal policies, procedures, and all applicable compliance requirements.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in employee benefits insurance handling.
- A bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related discipline.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities.
- Solid understanding of billing practices and UAE regulations.
- Ability to work with operational management software.
- Strong time management skills and careful attention to detail.
