Job description
Role overview
This position provides day-to-day administrative and operational backing to keep business activities running efficiently. The role focuses on office coordination, document handling, record maintenance, meeting scheduling, report preparation, and general support for teams across the business.
You will work alongside management, internal teams, clients, and outside partners to support clear communication, streamline workflows, and help ensure company procedures and policies are followed. The role also includes managing correspondence, arranging business files, tracking office supplies and resources, assisting with project coordination, and contributing ideas that improve productivity and overall operational performance.
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Office Management, Management, or a closely related area.
- Previous experience in administrative support, office administration, business operations, executive assistance, or a similar capacity.
- Good understanding of office administration practices, records handling, document control, and business correspondence.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook, along with Google Workspace; experience with ERP, CRM, or document management platforms is an added advantage.
- Excellent planning, time management, and multitasking abilities, with the skill to organize and prioritize work effectively.
- Strong verbal and written communication, plus the ability to engage professionally with colleagues, clients, and other stakeholders.
- High accuracy and attention to detail when creating reports, updating records, and dealing with sensitive information.
- Ability to coordinate meetings, travel, calendars, office supplies, and routine office activities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capability to work independently while supporting several teams in a busy environment.
- Exposure to project coordination, process enhancement, and administrative best practices is preferred.
- A proactive, reliable, and service-focused approach, with a strong commitment to operational quality and ongoing improvement.
