Job description
Role overview
CPG Corporation is seeking an Administrative Executive in Dubai to support finance, human resources, IT coordination, and day-to-day office administration. This is an on-site contract position that combines accounting support, employee record management, basic IT assistance, front-desk handling, and coordination with government offices when required.
Finance support
- Manage daily cash flow disbursements and ensure expenses are backed by proper documentation and recorded correctly.
- Assist with annual budgeting, forecasting, and reforecasting exercises.
- Prepare monthly payables, track invoices, and ensure subcontractor payments are processed on time.
- Monitor receivables so they are accurately captured, recorded, and invoiced.
- Compile monthly accounting outputs such as trial balance, general ledger, and cash flow disbursement reports for submission to CPG Dubai finance.
Human resources support
- Carry out assigned duties in line with company policies and procedures.
- Maintain and update employee records and coordinate with head office HR on related matters as needed.
- Track leave applications, ticket booking entitlements, and other employee records.
- Prepare letters and certification documents for staff requirements and related processing needs.
- Support staff residence visa processing and help with visit visa applications when needed.
- Act as PRO support for immigration-related matters, including document preparation for visa renewals, membership renewals, and similar processes.
- Keep employee records confidential and assist staff with additional administrative requirements.
IT support
- Help troubleshoot IT issues whenever needed.
- Support the purchase of hardware and software.
- Coordinate with the head office IT team for escalation and support.
- Assist users with general technology-related queries and issues.
Office administration
- Handle the company reception and front-desk operations.
- Manage incoming calls, couriers, and deliveries.
- Provide document control assistance for projects and office activities.
- Monitor office supplies and staff movement.
- Participate in monthly meetings covering admin, HR, and accounts updates.
- Visit government offices and other locations for submissions, renewals, and enquiries when required.
