What you will do

  • Reply to customer questions through email, chat, or phone.
  • Share clear and accurate information about products, services, and processes.

  • Help customers troubleshoot common problems and work toward practical solutions.
  • Understand the underlying cause of issues and guide customers through next steps.
  • Route complex or sensitive matters to the right internal team when needed.
  • Log customer conversations and case details in CRM or other support tools.
  • Monitor open cases and follow up until each issue is resolved.
  • Keep customer records current, complete, and organized.
  • Make sure all responses meet quality, service, and communication standards.
  • Manage complaints professionally and with empathy.
  • Look for recurring issues and contribute ideas for process improvement.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns effectively.
  • Take part in training sessions and team meetings.
  • Stay informed about product updates, policy changes, and procedure updates.
