This full-time Administrative Coordinator role at Johns Hopkins Hospital, Baltimore, MD, involves streamlining office procedures and delivering administrative support to ensure smooth operations within the department or program.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement office processes to improve operational efficiency and timeliness.
  • Manage and coordinate departmental projects, including reporting, scheduling, and tracking work progress.

  • Analyze collected data to identify issues and propose effective solutions and strategies.

Qualifications and Experience

Working Hours and Compensation

  • Schedule: Full-time position with a 40-hour workweek, Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
  • Salary range: $18.87 to $31.15 per hour, dependent on experience and equity.
