About the Role
In this position, you will serve as a key administrative partner for the YouTube Ads team, helping keep daily operations running smoothly and enabling managers and team members to stay focused on priority work. The role calls for someone who can stay organized, think ahead, and handle shifting needs in a fast-moving environment. Familiarity with current Google products and services is important, as that knowledge will help you support projects more effectively. Strong judgment, clear communication, and the ability to work across different functions and levels are also essential.

Eligibility and Hiring Notes

Pay is influenced by role-related skills, prior experience, and relevant education or training. The stated U.S. compensation range is $79,000 to $113,000, along with a 15% bonus target, equity, and benefits.
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 2 years of administrative experience in a high-tech or international setting, with hands-on work in core administrative duties such as travel coordination, expense handling, calendar management, or facilities support.
Preferred Qualifications
- 3 years of administrative experience supporting executive-level leaders in a corporate environment.
- Experience managing small projects and events from early planning through execution.
Responsibilities
- Manage, update, and maintain calendars and schedule meetings for executives or teams, with some direction.
- Handle expense-related tasks with guidance.
- Evaluate office space requirements and help advocate for those needs, with support as needed.
- Coordinate internal and external programs and events, including logistics and collaboration with internal stakeholders and outside vendors.
- Arrange travel-related tasks with guidance.
