About the role
As an Administrative Business Partner, you will be a key operational support for the team, helping keep projects, schedules, and daily activities running smoothly. The position calls for someone who can stay ahead of managerial and team needs, remove administrative friction before it becomes a problem, and adapt quickly in a fast-changing environment. You’ll also need to stay current with Google products and services so you can support team initiatives in a smart, informed way. Strong organization, analytical thinking, sound business judgment, and clear communication are essential, as this role involves interacting with many functions and levels across the organization.

Compensation
For the U.S. market, the stated base pay range is USD 79,000 to USD 113,000 annually, with a 15% bonus target, plus equity and benefits. Pay is determined by a combination of job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
Responsibilities
- Manage executive or team calendars, keep schedules current, and help prepare for meetings, with guidance as needed.
- Handle expense-related work and ensure expense processes are completed accurately.
- Evaluate office space requirements and support requests related to workspace needs.
- Coordinate internal and external events and programs, including logistics, with support from internal collaborators and outside vendors.
- Arrange travel and take care of related coordination tasks.
Qualifications
This position is not open to candidates who would require U.S. immigration sponsorship.
Minimum qualifications: at least 2 years of administrative experience in a technology or international setting, including core duties such as travel arrangements, expense reporting, calendar administration, and facilities coordination.
Preferred qualifications: 3 or more years of administrative experience supporting executive leadership in a corporate environment, along with experience planning and delivering small-scale projects and events from preparation through execution.
