Role overview

In this position, you will serve as a key operational support partner for the Data Center Operations team. The role is focused on helping managers and team members stay organized, removing administrative friction, and keeping day-to-day work running smoothly. You will need to stay adaptable in a fast-changing environment, use familiarity with Google products and services to support team priorities, and bring sound judgment, strong communication, and excellent organization to the job.

Administrative roles at Google are designed for dependable, highly organized professionals who contribute meaningfully behind the scenes. The work often involves coordinating multiple priorities at once and communicating effectively across different functions and organizational levels.

Minimum qualifications

  • At least 2 years of administrative experience in a technology or international setting, with hands-on work in core support areas such as travel coordination, expense processing, calendar administration, and facilities coordination.

Preferred qualifications

  • At least 3 years of experience providing administrative support to executive leadership in a corporate environment.
  • Experience planning and delivering small projects and events from early planning through completion.

Responsibilities

  • Manage calendar schedules, keep events up to date, and assist with meeting preparation as needed.
  • Handle expense-related tasks with guidance.
  • Evaluate office space requirements and help represent those needs with support.
  • Coordinate internal and external programs and events, including logistics and collaboration with internal stakeholders and outside vendors.
  • Support travel planning and related coordination tasks with guidance.

Compensation and benefits

The base pay range for the U.S. role is $79,000 to $113,000 annually, with a 15% bonus target, plus equity and benefits. Pay may vary based on relevant skills, experience, and education or training.
