Role overview
In this position, you will serve as a key operational support partner for the Data Center Operations team. The role is focused on helping managers and team members stay organized, removing administrative friction, and keeping day-to-day work running smoothly. You will need to stay adaptable in a fast-changing environment, use familiarity with Google products and services to support team priorities, and bring sound judgment, strong communication, and excellent organization to the job.

Minimum qualifications
- At least 2 years of administrative experience in a technology or international setting, with hands-on work in core support areas such as travel coordination, expense processing, calendar administration, and facilities coordination.
Preferred qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience providing administrative support to executive leadership in a corporate environment.
- Experience planning and delivering small projects and events from early planning through completion.
Responsibilities
- Manage calendar schedules, keep events up to date, and assist with meeting preparation as needed.
- Handle expense-related tasks with guidance.
- Evaluate office space requirements and help represent those needs with support.
- Coordinate internal and external programs and events, including logistics and collaboration with internal stakeholders and outside vendors.
- Support travel planning and related coordination tasks with guidance.
Compensation and benefits
The base pay range for the U.S. role is $79,000 to $113,000 annually, with a 15% bonus target, plus equity and benefits. Pay may vary based on relevant skills, experience, and education or training.
