About The Role
The Administrative Business Partner plays a crucial operational role within the Ads Marketing and Centers of Excellence team, ensuring efficient business activities and supporting managers and team members by anticipating their needs. This role involves managing logistics and administrative tasks proactively to keep projects on track in a dynamic work environment. Staying updated with Google’s products and services enables strategic support of team projects.
Administrators at Google are reliable, organized, and pivotal to the team's success. They handle multiple tasks concurrently and engage confidently across all organizational layers, enhancing productivity for both local teams and Google’s global user base.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and update calendars along with event preparation for executives or team meetings, working with some autonomy.
- Oversee expense reporting and management processes under occasional guidance.
- Evaluate office space requirements and facilitate related arrangements.
- Organize and coordinate internal and external events and programs, collaborating with internal partners and vendor suppliers.
- Handle travel planning and coordination with some supervision.
Qualifications
- Minimum: Two years of administrative experience in a tech or international environment performing core tasks such as travel arrangements, expense reporting, calendar, and facility management.
- Preferred: Three years of executive-level administrative support in a corporate setting, with experience managing small projects and events from conception through completion.

Compensation is determined by skills, experience, and education. In the United States, the salary range is $79,000 to $113,000 annually, plus a 15% bonus target, equity options, and additional benefits.
