About the role

As an Administrative Assistant / Officer within Knight Frank Property & Facilities Management, you will support both residents and the team, working closely with the Site Head. The role involves helping with new owner/tenant onboarding, coordinating service requests, and keeping records and office processes well organized. It suits someone who is proactive, service-oriented, and comfortable working with people.

Key duties

  • Serve as the main contact for owners and tenants, managing phone calls, questions, and complaints in a professional manner.
  • Support the onboarding process for new owners and tenants, including card access applications, key arrangements, season parking, and move-in/move-out coordination.
  • Arrange site inspections for Technicians and Property Executives so resident service requests can be handled quickly.
  • Handle petty cash vouchers and facility reservations.
  • Prepare administrative submissions for HQ Accounts on a weekly and monthly basis.
  • Set up and maintain an orderly filing system for documents and operational records.
  • Monitor office stationery stock and keep track of equipment maintenance logs.
