Job Overview

This role involves delivering daily administrative assistance, including managing schedules, handling correspondence, performing various clerical duties, organizing important documents, and maintaining efficient office processes. The Administrative Assistant will regularly answer phone calls and emails, act as a bridge between internal teams and external contacts, and offer necessary administrative support to colleagues.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Complete fluency in spoken and written English and Urdu is mandatory.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and capable of high-speed typing.
  • Strong communication abilities with a professional and courteous approach towards clients.
