About the role

The Administrative Assistant II position is an onsite role in Franklin, Tennessee. It supports managers and teams by keeping day-to-day operations organized, communication flowing, and administrative work on track. The role covers calendar coordination, travel planning, document handling, office support, data review, reporting, and assistance with executive events. It may also include office operations tasks such as space planning, supplies, vendor coordination, and compliance-related support. This is a hands-on position for someone who is organized, adaptable, and comfortable handling multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate calendars for managers and team members, including meetings and appointments.
  • Arrange travel details such as transportation and lodging.
  • Use Microsoft Office tools to help prepare presentations, reports, and business correspondence.
  • Respond quickly to incoming requests and work to resolve issues in a complete and efficient manner.
  • Complete routine administrative work including scanning, faxing, copying, and filing.
  • Support research efforts and analyze data to assist with decisions.
  • Draft reports and recommendations from analytical findings.
  • Help plan and run onsite leadership events, ensuring smooth logistics and communication.
  • Assist with office operations, including space planning, supply ordering, and vendor management.
  • Maintain administrative compliance and contribute to an organized office setting.
  • Work with internal teams and outside partners to improve workflow and coordination.
  • Take on other duties as needed to support business goals.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of relevant administrative experience.
  • High school diploma or an equivalent qualification.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Experience using an expense management platform such as Concur.
  • Good organizational and time management abilities.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and shift between tasks effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and practical problem-solving ability.
  • Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
