Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Draft proposals and engagement letters.
- Enter and maintain data in Salesforce.
- Support administrative steps across the sales pipeline and related workflow processes.
- Research information, collect data, and help analyze findings.
- Plan and coordinate in-person and virtual meetings, including attendee confirmation, room setup, and technology preparation.
- Assist with bi-annual HRS Development Day planning and attend both in-person events.
- Join recurring bi-weekly virtual team huddles.
- Manage the online submission process for HRCI and SHRM credits tied to events and webinars.
- Help prepare, revise, and edit presentations and reports.
- Maintain calendars and schedule appointments for leadership as needed.
- File client records properly and make sure information is accessible when required.
- Protect confidential client information and follow professional and legal standards.
- Coordinate allocation of client pass-through costs to accounts payable and billing for department invoices.
- Take on occasional virtual or onsite project support, such as creating surveys in MS Office, reviewing and correcting I-9 records, and organizing personnel files.
- When needed, assist with office supply ordering, budget comparisons, equipment upkeep, and other general office maintenance tasks.
