This opening is for an organized Administrative Assistant to support the Distributed Generation division within the Energy group. The role sits in a remote Texas setup and reports to the Preconstruction Project Manager. The position focuses on keeping communication moving smoothly between the office, field teams, vendors, and general contractors.
Compensation
The pay range for this role is $16.00 to $25.00 per hour. Final starting pay will depend on factors such as market location, relevant skills, education, knowledge, and overall experience. Key responsibilities
This role supports day-to-day administrative operations for the division. Duties include helping coordinate job starts and job closeouts, routing contracts, tracking the project manager’s schedule, arranging meetings, travel, and catering, and maintaining job files and controlled forms/logs. The position also involves copying, faxing, scanning, and handling important project documents such as proposals, bid presentations, pre-qualifications, change orders, submittals, RFIs, and work orders.
