Overview

ARIA in Las Vegas is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support convention services operations behind the scenes. This role is focused on keeping event-related administration organized and efficient so guest experiences and special functions are delivered smoothly and to a high standard.

Compensation

The starting pay for this role is $21.66 per hour.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with managers to understand the details and requirements of each assigned program.
  • Respond to catering questions and requests from clients by phone and email.
  • Prepare and circulate reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly schedule.
  • Organize files and safeguard access to sensitive and confidential records.
  • Provide service that reflects the property's service standards and brand expectations.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in a similar role, or an equivalent mix of education and experience.
  • Working knowledge of office software, including Outlook, MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, along with standard office equipment.
  • Strong organizational ability and a sharp eye for detail.
  • Availability to work different shifts, including weekends and all holidays.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Must be 21 years of age or older.
