About Our Organization

CenExel operates specialized research centers dedicated to Phase I through Phase IV clinical trials. Our network includes some of the nation's most respected and long-standing research facilities with expertise across fields such as Psychiatry, Acute Post Operative Pain, Asian Bridging studies, Dermatology, Gastroenterology, and Neurology. Each Center of Excellence is highly experienced in conducting complex early phase trials and offers in-patient capabilities. We emphasize recruiting qualified personnel, fostering teamwork, and maintaining a strong track record of successful clinical research leadership.

Role Overview and Responsibilities

  • Ensure strict adherence to current clinical protocols, standard operating procedures (SOPs), Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines, Institutional Review Board (IRB) requirements, FDA regulations, and site-specific training programs.
  • Participate in mandatory training sessions including Investigator Meetings (IM), internal staff training, annual SOP reviews, and emergency preparedness drills.
  • Provide assistance during external audits by quality assurance and regulatory bodies such as FDA, PMDA, EU officials, Sponsors, and Contract Research Organizations (CRO), particularly concerning training records and delegation logs.
  • Attend all staff meetings and participate in emergency drills as scheduled.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Completion of high school diploma or GED is mandatory.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills demonstrated through effective interactions with team members and Sponsor representatives.
  • Highly self-driven with the ability to independently manage assigned duties.
  • Consistent professional representation of the organization, embodying company values through demeanor, conduct, and appearance.
  • Completion of study coordinator sections in the company’s training manual is required.

  • Hourly wage ranging from $20.00 to $21.50, depending on education, experience, and capabilities.

Work Environment and Physical Demands

Working Hours and Location
