This position is for a careful, dependable professional who can support core operational and people-related processes. Qualifications

The preferred candidate should bring at least [X] years of experience in recruitment, human resources, or a similar area. A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or an equivalent discipline is preferred. The role calls for strong communication and people skills, comfort with applicant tracking systems, Microsoft Office, and other HR tools, plus the ability to juggle multiple priorities, work independently, and maintain a professional standard at all times. A proactive mindset and willingness to keep learning are also important.

Responsibilities

  • Handle the full hiring cycle from posting roles and reviewing resumes to interviewing candidates and supporting onboarding.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients and candidates to align with their expectations and needs.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and shape effective hiring plans.
  • Follow applicable employment regulations and internal policies throughout the recruitment process.
  • Keep candidate and client information accurate and current in the applicant tracking system.
  • Support employer branding efforts designed to attract stronger talent pools.
  • Guide candidates through interviews and the onboarding journey with clear communication and support.
  • Track recruitment data and prepare reports to assess hiring performance and process effectiveness.
  • Take part in industry events and networking opportunities to strengthen visibility and expand talent reach.
  • Work with teammates to refine hiring workflows and contribute to team objectives.
