Qualifications

Responsibilities
- Handle the full hiring cycle from posting roles and reviewing resumes to interviewing candidates and supporting onboarding.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients and candidates to align with their expectations and needs.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and shape effective hiring plans.
- Follow applicable employment regulations and internal policies throughout the recruitment process.
- Keep candidate and client information accurate and current in the applicant tracking system.
- Support employer branding efforts designed to attract stronger talent pools.
- Guide candidates through interviews and the onboarding journey with clear communication and support.
- Track recruitment data and prepare reports to assess hiring performance and process effectiveness.
- Take part in industry events and networking opportunities to strengthen visibility and expand talent reach.
- Work with teammates to refine hiring workflows and contribute to team objectives.
