This is an urgent opening for an Administration Executive to support corporate services and company formation operations in Dubai, UAE. The role is on-site and is intended for candidates who can join right away or within a short notice window.

About the role
The company is looking for an administrative professional who can manage company formation and related corporate service tasks from start to finish. This includes handling mainland and free zone setup work, visa processing, authority coordination, and client compliance support.
Key responsibilities
- Manage UAE mainland and free zone company formation processes, including setup work across DMCC, IFZA, DAFZA, Meydan, RAKEZ, JAFZA, and Ajman.
- Take care of trade name reservations, initial approvals, MOA notarization, Ejari, and license issuance.
- Support company amendments such as share transfers, capital increases, and director changes.
- Prepare corporate documentation such as powers of attorney, board resolutions, and MOA/AOA amendments.
- Coordinate renewals, quotations, CDR-related tasks, and customs code processing for clients.
- Handle employment visa, investor visa, and golden visa applications with the relevant authorities.
- Liaise daily with DED, free zone authorities, typing centers, and PROs.
- Maintain client records, update the CRM, and share progress/status updates.
Requirements
- 1 to 2 years of UAE-based experience in company formation, PRO services, or business setup.
- Practical knowledge of DED procedures, free zone processes, and visa-related work.
- Ability to join immediately, or at most within 15 days; candidates on cancelled visas may be considered.
- Good command of English and MS Office tools.
- Arabic, Hindi, or Tamil language skills will be considered an advantage.
- Dubai-based candidates are preferred for quicker onboarding.
