Admin Assistant - Real Estate, Digital Marketing & Tech

About the Role

We are in search of a proactive and versatile Admin Assistant to support our expanding startup operating in the real estate, digital marketing, and technology sectors. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-moving settings, adapts seamlessly to various responsibilities, and brings familiarity with real estate operations as well as marketing processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee scheduling including calendar management, meetings, and internal communication.
• Maintain comprehensive and well-structured filing systems for contracts, NDAs, and client-related documents.
• Manage fundamental accounting tasks such as invoice handling, sending reminders, and record-keeping.
• Assist HR functions by facilitating onboarding and offboarding activities.
• Support property listings by uploading and updating them on various platforms.
• Act as a liaison among brokers, landlords, and clients to ensure consistent and clear communication.
• Monitor leads, inquiries, and the status of properties, ensuring all associated documentation is accurate and complete.

Requirements

• Knowledge of UAE government RERA regulations and compliance requirements.
• Understanding of documentation and agreements tied to client-developer real estate transactions.
• Preference for candidates with experience in UAE real estate operational workflows.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong communication abilities.
• Prior experience in administration or operations roles for 2 to 4 years.
• Experience in digital marketing or technology environments is advantageous.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, lead tracking methodologies, and basic marketing software tools.

Additional Qualifications (Preferred)

• Possession of a UAE driving license.
• Familiarity with artificial intelligence tools.
• Experience using UAE real estate platforms such as Property Finder or Bayut.
• Exposure to marketing platforms like Meta Ads and Google Ads.
