About the Role
Anisha Global Services, a top-tier global firm focused on digital transformation and technology consulting, is seeking an ADA Specialist / ADA Consultant to work onsite in Noida. The primary responsibility is managing accommodation requests in compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). This role demands reviewing claims, assessing eligibility, coordinating with multiple stakeholders, and adhering to legal and company standards.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Evaluate and process accommodation requests under ADA regulations.
- Determine claim eligibility based on medical documentation and company policy.
- Maintain communication with employees, employers, physicians, and internal teams via phone and email.
- Collect necessary documentation and address discrepancies related to claims.
- Keep precise records and update claims systems regularly.
- Oversee activities like return-to-work, recertification, and leave management.
- Comply with quality benchmarks, service level agreements, and turnaround times.
- Ensure adherence to ADA laws, company policies, and applicable leave rules.
Candidate Requirements
- Demonstrated strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
- Preferred experience in leave management, disability claims, ADA compliance, or healthcare operations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and case management software.
- Capable of handling multiple assignments while ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance.
- Customer service orientation combined with effective problem-solving skills.
