The role is focused on creating enjoyable experiences that enrich daily life for residents and add energy, creativity, and connection within the community.

You will be part of a supportive team in a retirement village setting, helping to deliver engaging activities and contribute to residents’ wellbeing and quality of life.

What You’ll Do

  • Design and run a varied programme of recreational, social, diversional, and craft-based activities for residents.
  • Encourage happiness, wellbeing, and a strong sense of quality of life across the village community.
  • Work collaboratively with team members and provide support where needed.

What You’ll Need

To succeed in this environment, you should bring a warm and caring approach, along with strong communication skills and a dependable, professional, and approachable manner. A full driver licence is required, and you must be comfortable driving a manual van.

Previous experience in aged care would be an advantage, although it is not essential.
