  • Assist with transaction execution through valuation work, financial diligence, and deal structuring support.
  • Develop investment memoranda, executive presentations, and other decision-support materials for senior stakeholders.
  • Help coordinate diligence efforts across financial, operational, legal, and market areas.
  • Monitor the acquisition pipeline, including sourcing activity, deal status, and progression metrics.

  • 5 to 8+ years of relevant experience in private equity, investment banking, corporate development, or multi-location service acquisitions.
  • Prior exposure to automotive services such as car wash or quick lube, or to retail roll-up strategies, is highly desirable.
  • Strong command of advanced financial modeling and business valuation methods.
  • Solid understanding of core investment measures such as IRR, ROI, and cash-on-cash return.
  • Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with financial analysis tools.
  • Proven ability to juggle several transactions at once in a fast-moving deal environment.
  • Excellent analytical, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Clear communication skills with the ability to distill complex information for senior leaders.
