ACP Facade Site Engineer

Role Overview

Seeking a skilled Exterior Glass and ACP Façade Site Engineer to oversee the management and supervision of façade installation projects on site.

Key Duties

• Oversee the installation process of glass, aluminium, and ACP façades ensuring adherence to designs and quality standards.
• Plan daily activities and allocate tasks to supervisors and contractors effectively.
• Liaise with various stakeholders including clients, architects, consultants, and project managers to ensure smooth project progression.
• Track project status to guarantee completion within scheduled timelines.
• Verify site measurements and prepare corresponding material requisitions.
• Ensure careful handling and correct installation of façade components.
• Conduct routine quality checks and troubleshoot technical issues encountered on site.
• Maintain compliance with safety protocols and organizational policies.
• Generate daily progress reports, measurement documentation, and other site records.
• Participate in site meetings providing technical input and support.

Required Expertise

• Comprehensive understanding of façade systems involving glass, aluminium, and ACP applications.
• Capability to interpret architectural, structural, and shop drawings accurately.
• Strong leadership skills combined with effective planning and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills for multidisciplinary collaboration.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD and Microsoft Office software is beneficial.

Qualifications and Experience

Diploma or Degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
Experience between 3 to 7 years in façade and site execution roles.
