Role overview
Geotab is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to support the finance function from Dublin, Ireland. This permanent full-time position focuses on invoicing, collections, customer billing support, credit memo processing, and receivables reconciliation to help protect cash flow and keep account balances accurate.

What you will do
You will oversee day-to-day accounts receivable activities across assigned accounts, making sure billing is accurate, collections are timely, and reconciliations are completed properly. The role includes validating invoice pricing, handling reseller credit calculations, monitoring exceptions to credit standards, supporting month-end close work, and coordinating approvals with the Accounts Receivable Manager. You will also act as the main point of contact for account-related questions such as billing, activations, terminations, support tickets, and order inquiries.
Requirements
Success in this role requires strong organization, attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment. You should bring analytical thinking, discretion in handling business information, and confidence working across teams and customer contacts. Familiarity with computerized accounting systems, especially Dynamics AX, is beneficial. Strong capability in Google Workspace and Excel is essential, along with a finance or administration background and 3 to 5 years of relevant accounts receivable experience.
