Role Overview
We seek a skilled Accounts Receivable Specialist to fully manage the accounts receivable lifecycle. This position requires prior experience in AR, sharp attention to detail, and excellent communication capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle a diverse portfolio of customer accounts ensuring invoices are paid promptly.
- Address AR-related inquiries from new and current clients efficiently.
- Conduct collection calls and follow through with relevant collection procedures.
- Work collaboratively with sales, orders, and channel teams to optimize AR functions.
- Assist the accounting department with month-end close activities concerning accounts receivable.
- Participate in projects aimed at streamlining AR processes.
Candidate Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (BA/BBA/BS) from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of two years’ experience in accounts receivable.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Capable of delivering precise work while thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Proficient analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Compensation
The anticipated annual earnings for this role range from $60,000 to $77,000 USD, inclusive of base salary and commissions where applicable. Compensation is determined considering location, expertise, market factors, and internal equity. Additional incentives such as bonuses, sales commissions, and equity awards (RSUs) may be available.
