Culligan Home delivers premium water treatment products such as filtration systems, reverse osmosis units, and water softeners to residential customers throughout Ireland, ensuring cleaner and safer water.
Role Overview
We are searching for a dedicated Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team at Claregalway, County Galway. This permanent full-time position involves accurately and promptly managing accounts receivable tasks. The ideal candidate will be proactive and focused on continuous improvement, displaying strong organizational abilities, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.
Key Duties
- Manage timely collection of outstanding customer balances and apply payments appropriately.
- Oversee the external recurring revenue system in tandem with the internal CRM.
- Handle invoice-related queries from customers and internal teams.
- Generate and send invoices promptly.
- Distribute statements to business clients.
- Reconcile electronic funds transfers and cash payments.
- Assist the finance team with any ad hoc accounts receivable reconciliations as required.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum of three years’ experience working in accounts receivable within a finance setting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced team environment.
- Self-motivated with a strong focus on continuous improvement.
- Quick learner, adaptable, and engaged with overall business operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Capable of working independently and meeting deadlines.
- Strong customer service orientation.

Additional Information
This full-time role is subject to a six-month probation period. The salary range is €33,500 to €43,500 per annum, paid monthly, dependent on experience. Location is Claregalway, Co. Galway.
