Accounts Receivable Caller - US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management

About the Role

Join Wave Online Infoway Pvt Ltd, a renowned US healthcare revenue cycle management provider, as an AR Caller or Senior AR Caller. This full-time position is based in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, and involves working onsite with the possibility of work-from-home options. You will support physician billing and accounts receivable functions within the US healthcare domain.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to insurance companies to pursue outstanding claims diligently.
• Analyze and verify the accuracy of claim submissions to ensure prompt resolution.
• Identify and rectify billing discrepancies to facilitate payment collection on pending claims.
• Keep comprehensive records of all calling activities adhering to corporate guidelines.
• Meet set daily, weekly, and monthly objectives related to call volume and collection targets.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to solve complex issues and enhance operational workflows.

Candidate Requirements

• At least one year of experience in accounts receivable calling specifically within the US healthcare industry.
• Proven expertise in physician billing and full-cycle revenue management processes.
• Solid understanding of claims processing and accounts receivable management.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills with strong negotiation aptitude.
• Familiarity with billing software applications and electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Capability to work night shifts and achieve deadlines efficiently.
• Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Any graduate degree is required.

Experience Level

1 to 3 years in relevant roles.
