Preferred Candidate Profile

• 1 to 3 years of experience as AR Caller in US healthcare domain
• Exposure to Hospital Billing and Physician Billing processes
• At least 1 year of experience in healthcare accounts receivable or collections within a BPO environment
• Experience with claims payments processing, tracking claim status, medical billing, AR follow-ups, denial management, and appeals involving outbound communications to healthcare providers
• Proficient in medical billing and AR calling
• Experience in contacting insurance payers to verify claim statuses and resolve payment disputes
• Willingness to work night shifts
