Role Overview

We are hiring Junior and Mid-Level Accounts Receivable Callers to join our US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management team. In this role, you will be responsible for contacting insurance companies to follow up on pending claims, resolving claim-related problems, and facilitating timely reimbursements for healthcare services. This position requires working from our office location in Tirunelveli and presents an excellent career-building opportunity in the US healthcare RCM sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with insurance companies to follow up on outstanding claims and unpaid balances.
• Verify the status of claims and accurately record all updates in the system.
• Evaluate denied, rejected, or underpaid claims and take necessary steps to resolve them.
• Escalate complex claim issues as needed.
• Keep precise records of all calls, claim updates, and follow-up activities.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure prompt resolution of claims.
• Meet daily productivity and quality standards set by the organization.
• Comply with company policies, HIPAA regulations, confidentiality, and data security protocols.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Between 1 and 5 years of experience in US Healthcare Accounts Receivable or AR Calling. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply for junior-level roles.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Basic computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Strong analytical abilities, organizational skills, and problem-solving capability.
• Self-motivated and able to work both independently and in a team setting.
• Willingness to work night shifts.

Preferred Attributes

• Familiarity with US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management processes.
• Understanding of insurance claim follow-up, denial management, and payment posting is advantageous.
• Ability to quickly adapt and learn new tools and procedures.
