Role Summary

This role involves managing the Procure-to-Pay (PTP) process, including precise invoice handling within the P2P cycle using SAP ECC. The position supports accounts payable activities related to a French Pharma company's AP process, functioning entirely from the office to facilitate AP transition, maintaining standard operating procedures (SOP), and adhering to service level agreements (SLA).

Key Responsibilities

• Execute accurate invoice processing in the P2P workflow
• Manage and resolve discrepancies in variance invoices
• Ensure invoices are processed within designated SLA timelines
• Verify goods receipt notes (GRN) and other related documentation
• Contribute to AP transition and maintain SOP adherence

Additional Information
