Role Overview and Responsibilities

• Possess a minimum of three years' experience in accounts payable and managing invoice processes.
• Utilize hands-on expertise with SAP S/4HANA platform for effective accounts payable operations.
• Resolve diverse issues including non-purchase order invoice exceptions, GR/IR discrepancies, and invoice workflow problems.
• Handle purchase order and pricing inconsistencies, supplier master data challenges, and manage blocked or parked invoices.
• Demonstrate strong analytical abilities alongside troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Investigate issues independently and drive resolutions proactively.
• Communicate proficiently in both verbal and written English.
• Employ Microsoft Office tools with proficiency, especially Excel.
• Collaborate seamlessly with stakeholders located worldwide across various cultures and time zones.

Preferred Profile

• Experience working with OpenText Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) is advantageous.
• Supporting accounts payable operations for regions such as EMEA and the Americas is desirable.
• Awareness of regional tax laws, invoicing protocols, and compliance standards is preferred.
• Additional language skills, particularly European languages, are considered a bonus.
