Job Responsibilities
- Oversee designated client accounts, serving as the single point of contact.
- Maintain proficient knowledge of taxation laws, particularly GST and TDS.
- Interpret client requirements and coordinate with internal teams to meet objectives.
- Manage and monitor contracts, service level agreements (SLAs), renewals, and related commitments.
- Address client concerns promptly to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Facilitate account expansion and cultivate enduring client relationships.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
- Minimum experience: 3 to 8 years in relevant accounting and client management roles.
- Educational qualification: Graduate degree, preferably Bachelor of Commerce or MBA specialization.
- Technical skills: Expertise in Tally ERP, GST compliance, taxation principles, vendor and bank reconciliations.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Google Sheets), and CRM software.
- Strong communication, negotiation abilities, and organizational skills.
- Willingness to travel across India as required.
