Role Overview

This position is for an Accounts Executive / Senior Accounts Executive to support day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting operations for international clients. The role requires accurate transaction processing, reconciliations, reporting, and coordination across core finance activities.

Responsibilities

  • Handle accounts payable and receivable, including entry and reconciliation of source transactions such as sales, purchases, investment income, and expenses.
  • Process payroll based on timesheets.
  • Manage inventory accounting activities.
  • Perform bank and cash reconciliations.
  • Maintain and update the general ledger.
  • Reconcile GST-related records.
  • Prepare invoices.
  • Organize and maintain financial records.
  • Prepare ad hoc reports as required.

Candidate Profile

The ideal applicant is a quick learner, a strong performer, and someone who works well in a team. The role calls for a solid accounting foundation, practical exposure to overseas bookkeeping, and the ability to adapt to an Australian business environment.

Requirements

  • A total of 2 to 10 years of experience is required.
  • At least 2 years of experience must be in overseas bookkeeping.
  • Qualification should be B.Com, M.Com, MBA Finance, CA Inter, or an equivalent credential.
  • Hands-on exposure to accounting tools such as Xero, QuickBooks, or Sage Handisoft will be an advantage.
  • Working knowledge of Tally or similar Indian accounting software is expected.
  • Strong written and spoken English is essential.
  • Good proficiency in MS Office is mandatory.
  • Preference will be given to candidates who can comfortably adapt to Australian business practices and culture.

Work Details

The job is based in Malleshwaram, Bangalore, and follows a day shift schedule.

Eligibility

Any graduate may apply. Candidates with a B.Com in any specialization are also eligible.
