The Accounts Assistant / Finance Assistant provides crucial support in daily financial and accounting activities by ensuring meticulous recording, processing, and management of financial data. This position involves handling tasks such as managing accounts payable and receivable, processing invoices, maintaining detailed financial records, and assisting with reconciliation and financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities
This role requires close collaboration with finance teams to guarantee accurate transaction recording and adherence to financial procedures. Duties include preparing financial documentation, overseeing payment processing, supporting month-end closing activities, maintaining accounting systems, and delivering administrative assistance for financial operations.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Fundamental knowledge of accounting principles, financial procedures, and bookkeeping methods.
- Skill in processing invoices, payments, expenses, and other financial transactions accurately.
- Experience or familiarity with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and performing account reconciliations.

- Competency in using accounting software, spreadsheets, and related financial tools.
