Overview

Goodnick Electronics Private Limited is seeking an Accountant & Purchase Executive to join their team in Delhi-NCR. This role suits fresh graduates as well as candidates with up to three years of relevant experience, focusing on handling accounting operations and procurement activities within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Perform daily accounting duties, including managing invoices, receipts, payments, bank reconciliations, and GST-related documentation.
Manage procurement tasks such as sourcing raw materials and office supplies according to the company's requirements.
Create purchase orders, collect quotations, conduct price comparisons, and liaise effectively with vendors.
Ensure prompt procurement and maintain regular follow-ups with suppliers to guarantee on-schedule delivery of orders.
Maintain accurate inventory records, purchase documentation, vendor files, and assist in month-end financial reporting.
Process invoices from suppliers and ensure punctual payment processing.
Collaborate with various internal departments to ensure smooth functioning of accounting and procurement workflows.

Required Qualifications and Skills

Possession of B.Com, M.Com, BBA, MBA (finance or operations), or an equivalent academic qualification.
Open to fresh candidates; however, preference given to those with up to three years’ experience in accounting and purchasing/procurement.
Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and accounting software such as Tally or ERP is advantageous.
Basic understanding of GST, accounting fundamentals, and procurement procedures.
Strong communication skills, negotiation capabilities, and good organizational abilities.
