Role Overview

The company seeks an Accountant cum Office Assistant to support the Director in daily office operations alongside performing accounting duties using Tally ERP 9. The position involves handling billing, purchase and sales records, maintaining office and accounting documentation, preparing reports through MS Excel, managing emails and basic correspondence, facilitating payment follow-ups, and performing general administrative tasks.

Qualifications and Candidate Profile

Graduate degree required; B.Com preferred but not mandatory.
Age range of 22 to 28 years.
Individuals of any gender are eligible to apply.
0 to 3 years of relevant experience.

Skills and Personal Attributes

Proficient computer skills including MS Office and advanced Excel.
Familiarity with Tally ERP 9 accounting software.
Fast and accurate typing abilities.
Soft spoken with a pleasant demeanor.
Honest, responsible, disciplined, and eager to learn.
Commitment to long-term employment is essential.

Preferred Location

Candidates residing near Karol Bagh, Patel Nagar, Rajendra Place, Paharganj, Jhandewalan, Shastri Nagar, Dev Nagar, Daryaganj, or adjoining areas will have an advantage.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary offered ranges between 15,000 and 19,500 INR per month, commensurate with experience.
