About the Role
Shree Akshini Enterprise is looking for a meticulous and committed Accountant to oversee daily bookkeeping, ensure statutory compliance, and support elementary digital marketing efforts.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) is required.
- At least 2 years of professional experience in accounting roles.
- Competency in Tally Prime and Microsoft Excel.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms is advantageous.
Main Responsibilities
- Maintain complete and accurate accounting records utilizing Tally Prime software.
- Document all financial transactions including purchases, sales, payments, and receipts.
- Prepare GST invoices and assist with compliance related to GST.
- Reconcile bank statements to ensure the accuracy of financial data.
- Manage ledgers for debtors and creditors effectively.
- Create e-Invoices and e-Way Bills as required by regulatory standards.
- Organize and maintain all accounting documentation systematically.
- Liaise with the Chartered Accountant for statutory requirements such as GST and TDS compliance.
- Update and manage company profiles and social media pages to support marketing initiatives.
- Assist in developing basic digital marketing materials and promotions online.
- Carry out general office administrative duties and accounting tasks as assigned.
