Overview
3C Components in Bengaluru, Karnataka, is looking to hire a seasoned Accountant Cum Office Assistant with over a decade of experience in accounting, finance, and HR administration, particularly in the manufacturing sector. This role demands expertise in managing comprehensive financial operations, statutory adherence, and HR functions while supporting management through detailed financial reporting and MIS preparation.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily accounting activities such as accounts payable and receivable, general ledger upkeep, and bank reconciliations.
- Generate financial statements on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
- Ensure adherence to GST, TDS, Income Tax, Provident Fund, ESI, Professional Tax, and other statutory regulations.
- Maintain accuracy in financial records and book of accounts.
- Monitor financial flows including budgeting and management of working capital.
- Liaise with auditors, banks, and government entities effectively.
- Produce MIS reports and conduct financial analysis to assist management decisions.
- Manage fixed asset accounting, depreciation, and inventory related to manufacturing processes.
- Facilitate timely payments to vendors and follow up on receivables.
- Maintain production accounting records, inventory valuation, consumption tracking, and work in progress monitoring.
- Conduct cost analysis and assist in initiatives to reduce costs.
- Coordinate among production, inventory, and purchasing departments for reconciling inventory data.
- Process payroll monthly with precision and maintain employee records and statutory registers.
- Ensure labour law compliance and administer HR policies including onboarding, documentation, and exit procedures.
- Manage employee benefits, statutory filings, and payroll compliance.
- Maintain necessary documentation for audits and regulatory inspections.
- Support management with financial planning and policy enforcement.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in Commerce is mandatory.
- Additional qualifications such as CA Inter, CMA Inter, M.Com, or MBA in Finance are preferred.
- Minimum 10 to 12 years of experience in accounting and finance within a manufacturing company environment.
- Thorough knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, Provident Fund, ESI, and labour law compliance.
- Proficient in Tally ERP/Tally Prime, MS Excel, and ERP tools.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership capabilities.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage diverse responsibilities simultaneously.
Additional Information
The ideal candidate will have a solid track record of independently managing entire accounts cycles, deep understanding of finance and HR functions, and excellent collaboration skills with auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies. Compensation
The position offers a monthly salary ranging between 30,000 and 40,000 INR.
