Job description
Overview
We are seeking an Accountant / Accounts Executive to manage and maintain accurate financial records and assist in various accounting functions at Inspired Lifestyles Private Limited in Udaipur, Rajasthan.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and update cash flow forecasts on daily, weekly, monthly, and annual bases.
- Monitor fund inflows and outflows to ensure accurate financial tracking.
- Process payments to vendors, suppliers, and statutory bodies through net banking methods such as NEFT, RTGS, and IMPS.
- Record daily accounting transactions and maintain books of accounts using Tally or ERP systems.
- Reconcile bank statements and ledger accounts regularly.
- Assist with GST and TDS returns, invoicing, purchase bill management, and follow-up on receivables.
- Support senior accounts staff in month-end closing procedures and preparation of Management Information System (MIS) reports.
