Sat Kartar Life Limited is a prominent IPO-listed company with a robust presence across India. It proudly operates more than 40 branches nationwide and employs over 2,300 staff members. Their healthcare wing includes the Sat Kartar Sanjeevan Hospital located in Paschim Vihar.

Position Overview

The company is looking to hire an Accounts Executive for its hospital administrative team based at Paschim Vihar. The role requires hands-on involvement in daily accounting activities, maintaining comprehensive financial records, reconciling accounts, and ensuring adherence to regulatory standards.

Work schedule is six days a week, from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM. Immediate joiners are preferred. The offered compensation goes up to ₹18,000 per month.

Primary Duties

  • Maintain and update books of accounts including Ledger, Cash Book, Bank Book, Journals, Purchase Book, and Sales Book.
  • Record daily financial transactions such as receipts and payments.
  • Conduct Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS) and reconcile creditor and debtor accounts.
  • Prepare and manage accounting documentation and reports.
  • Support GST and TDS computations, compliance, and related paperwork.
  • Handle invoice processing, vendor payments, and accounts receivable management.
  • Ensure precision and confidentiality of all financial information.
  • Liaise with internal departments, external vendors, and auditors as necessary.
  • Utilize Tally and Microsoft Office tools for accounting functions and report preparation.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Degree in Commerce (B.Com or M.Com) from an accredited institution.
  • Experience of 1 to 2 years in accounting or finance roles.
  • Proficiency in Tally ERP or Tally Prime and Microsoft Office Applications, especially Excel.
  • Knowledgeable in GST, TDS rules and general accounting practices.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with an aptitude for problem-solving.
  • Ability to handle various responsibilities simultaneously with high accuracy.
