Job Overview

The role involves managing daily accounting functions essential to smooth business operations at Manbhav Enterprise India Private Limited, located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare daily accounting entries including purchases, sales, and journal entries.
  • Generate billing and e-invoices, manage e-way bills efficiently.
  • Reconcile ledgers for vendors and customers regularly.
  • Follow up on payments and manage petty cash transactions.
  • Book expenses and support payroll preparation and employee reimbursements.
  • Assist in bank reconciliations and maintain document filing processes.
  • Update Fixed Asset Register and support inventory accounting tasks.
  • Prepare daily outstanding reports, handle invoice and voucher filing, and complete document scanning and data entry tasks.
  • Verify purchase bills, print sales invoices, download bank statements, and collect relevant expense and vendor bills.
  • Coordinate customer KYC documentation and prepare GST data accurately.
  • Create Excel reports and compile payroll data systematically.
  • Manage records meticulously and aid in audit processes.
  • Perform any additional accounting tasks as assigned by the Accounts Manager.
